The 2025 Grammys came and went, but we are still not done talking about them!
PEOPLE was in attendance while the annual award show on Sunday, Feb. 2, and caught some exclusive moments you had to be there to see.
While Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas O’Connell were performing “Birds of a Feather,” Taylor Swift was seen dancing with Margaret Qualley. The actress’ husband, music producer Jack Antonoff, is one of Swift’s frequent collaborators.
Swift spun her around and they seemed to be enjoying themselves — as seen on PEOPLE’s Instagram.
During another commercial break, Swift appeared to have a very long and animated chat with Blue Ivy Carter. A minute or so in, Gracie Abrams joined them. The “Fortnight” singer was one of the biggest cheerleaders of the night, as she was seen jumping up and down a little bit while clapping after Sabrina Carpenter won a Grammy during the live broadcast.
PEOPLE even caught Charli xcx and Chappell Roan chatting during a commercial break. In another break in between the show, Roan was seen talking with Shaboozey. When she left the arena later on again, she was seen running as someone held onto her train.
Roan, who performed her massive hit single, “Pink Pony Club,” during the event, also got support from those in attendance when she won best new artist and delivered an impassioned acceptance speech. Roan spoke out about the importance of offering healthcare to musicians.
The speech got a very enthusiastic response from a lot of artists, including RAYE, who jumped in excitement.
RAYE, who was a part of the best new artist medley performance, also received some respect from her peers, including SZA, who leaped up out of her seat for a standing ovation as she hit her big note.
The “Good Luck, Babe!” singer reciprocated the love as Charli xcx performed near the end of the show, as she was seen jumping up and down. Antonoff was also seen coming over to say hello.
Roan also took time to pop over to Beyoncè’s table to chat during another commercial break and waved bye to Trevor Noah as he returned onstage.
Another fun moment occurred when Alicia Keys accepted the Dr. Dre Global Impact Award. Her son, who accompanied her onstage, was seen adorably clapping for her throughout her speech, just a couple of feet from her.
Shakira, who took home the Grammy for best Latin pop album for Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, got a big round of applause when she shouted out her “immigrant brothers and sisters.”

A big part of the arena was also on their feet when The Weeknd performed after he previously boycotted the award show.
